No sound
Check that Sound is on in Profile and that your phone is not silenced. Countdown beeps can be set from zero to five. On Android 13 and later, allow the workout notification so the timer can keep running with the screen off.
The timer stopped when I locked my phone

Report a problem
Email us with your device model, operating system version and the workout you were running.
Delete your data
Everything is stored on your device. Use Profile → Delete all data, or delete the app.
